Corporate Support

There are various ways that your company can get involved with supporting us, and through your commitment to our cause, your company will demonstrate a commitment to the local SEND community, enabling inclusion for parent carers and helping the community shape the services they access.

We Can Help You By:

  • Identifying and signposting parent carers within your organisation
  • Positively connecting your company with residents in Hull seeking services or employment
  • Supporting your organisation to achieve your corporate social responsibility objectives

There are various ways that your organisation can support us:

You could support us by:
  • Donating your expertise, e.g by running advice clinics or information sessions for our members
  • Donating professional services services to us, e.g. PR, marketing, IT, design
  • Sharing resources and leaflets relevant to SEND families for us to pass on to our members
  • Donating gifts in kind e.g. vouchers, event tickets or discounts that we can pass onto our members, raffle prizes or food/refreshments for events
  • Allowing us to use your meeting room(s), either regularly or for one-off events
  • Adopting us as your “cause for the year” and encouraging your staff to fundraise for us

Event Sponsorship

Our engagement events provide our members a place to gain information about local services, ask questions, share feedback and benefit from peer-to-peer support. For our members, these events offer a lifeline, reducing isolation through introducing them to like-minded people who are in similar situations and empowering them in the care of their young person.

In addition to providing a safe, inclusive community for our members to talk, we also gather feedback about their and their young persons' experiences with the SEND services across education, health and social care that is then shared with our service partners to identify areas of improvement. We aim to offer our breakfast club, lunch club and coffee and chat sessions free of charge for our members, to further remove barriers for anyone wishing to attend.
