Autumn Painting Workshop with Blank Canvas
Take some time for yourself, get creative and connect with other Hull parent carers in a friendly, relaxed space.

Time for you
Relax, create and connect
Hull Parent Carer Forum is delighted to partner with Blank Canvas CIC for an autumnal painting workshop designed exclusively for parent carers. Blank Canvas will gently guide us through the session, helping us create a beautiful, autumn-inspired piece of art.
Whether you are trying painting for the very first time or it is something you do regularly, it absolutely does not matter! This session is all about taking the time to try your hand, get creative, and have fun. Art is often deeply therapeutic; focusing on the canvas can offer a much-needed mental release, helping to free up space in your mind from daily pressures and worries.
This event is generously funded by a partnership between Health Stars and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, and The National Lottery Community Fu
