Our 2026 Annual Survey is now open!
If you’re a parent carer for a child or young person aged 0-25 with SEND, we’d love to hear about your experiences over the past year.
Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well, where improvements are needed and what matters most to families across Hull. It also helps ensure parent carers’ voices are heard by local decision-makers.

Thank you to every parent carer who took the time to share their experiences in our 2025 survey - all 535 of you! This report brings together what families told us about education, health, social care and wider SEND support across Hull.
The findings highlight what is working well, where improvements are needed, and the priorities that matter most to families. We will use this evidence to influence local services, inform strategic discussions and ensure the voices of parent carers continue to shape future SEND developments.
