New EHCP Mediation Provider for Hull
HPCF want to let our parent carer community know that from 1st April 2025, Collis Mediation Ltd has been appointed as the new provider of EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) mediation services for Hull City Council.
Mediation is available if there’s a disagreement during the EHCP process—whether it's about assessments, plans, or provision. It offers an opportunity to find solutions in a calm and supportive setting, without going through formal appeals.
Collis Mediation is there to walk alongside families. They take time to explain how mediation works, listen to your concerns, and make sure your voice—and your child or young person’s views—are heard throughout.
If you’re feeling uncertain, unheard, or overwhelmed, mediation can help make things clearer and less daunting.
